Amendments to the Laws of Ukraine on Acquisition and Retention of Ukrainian Citizenship (Reg. No. 11469)
This law simplifies the procedures for acquiring citizenship for certain categories of individuals, promoting the involvement of professionals and supporting the diaspora.
Strengthening the Capacity of the National Agency for Asset Management (Reg. No. 12374-d)
The law enhances the mechanisms of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing, and Managing Assets, increasing the effectiveness of anti-corruption efforts.
Expanding Access to Medicines (Reg. No. 13134)
This law creates conditions for more efficient procurement of medicines, including through managed entry agreements.
Improvement of the Procedure for the Allocation of Court Costs (Reg. No. 13192)
The law simplifies the procedures for paying court fees, ensuring greater access to justice.
