On 15 May 2026, during a regular plenary sitting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, a Government Question Hour was held. This time, Parliament focused not on a narrow sectoral issue, but on a question of state capacity: whether Ukraine’s healthcare system is able not only to function during wartime, but also to modernise, restore people’s health, support communities, and remain accessible to patients.
